Soccer Stuff

Nyob zoo! It's heartsstarssmiles! Okay so today in PE, we got to choose whether we would play volleyball, basketball, and soccer. I like all three, but I chose soccer, along with nine others. I scored three goals!

Okay, the first goal I scored was intense. However, for the second two, I was the only one who wasn't a masochist for not lying on the ground. So this guy, James*, just said, "Here, heartsstarssmiles. Score a goal," before passing me the ball (he's an awesome player, by the by). Our opponents were too tired to stop me.

At one point, James told me to score a goal because I was the only one "energetic enough" to do so. That's when the only other girl who decided to play soccer, Skylar, picked up speed (she's good, too).


So, now that I know how to play, soccer's fun! Like, it's simple, but at the same time, not. Like, I knew that we have to kick a ball into a certain goal. But, in fourth grade (why did I choose to play competitively?), the ball went out of bounds, so I just kicked it back in. Apparently, you're supposed to throw it in. It's kind of a ritual. Huh.

Today, we ran two miles in PE. But this run is unlike any other; it's the last run of the year! For this run, and the last one, I started dancing to "Tik Tok" by Ke$ha from Just Dance, before I started singing Jason DeRulo's "The Other Side." You know me. =D

Outside of English, my friend Tori was standing next to me. I went slightly out of line (don't worry, it was before our teacher came) to announce that Tori was gonna sing. I kept announcing that (but not too much). I keep falling to the floor laughing these days!

Her Fortune Teller

Hola! So, I taught my little, not-even-kindergartener sis how to make a fortune teller! It's a useful skill. I dunno how many I've made in my life. One of my teachers suggested a "boredom teller," where you write down boredom killers. From then on, I made different kinds of fortune tellers. You know about my artistic fortune teller, right? Yeah. =D

This is So Sweet!

Did you guys hear about how P!nk stopped a concert for a little girl and gave her some treats and a stuffed animal? Yeah, P!nk's awesome! Read about this incident here.

That was a couple months ago, but that doesn't take away the significance.

It Is Unknown told me about an older act of kindness. This was not done by a human, but a primate. A gorilla at the zoo rescued a falling three-year-old and fended off the other gorillas! Read about it here.

PS-There's some rumor going around that I got in trouble for the flash mobs. People say it's as bad as Saturday detention! To set the record straight, none of that happened. The school authorities were completely fine with it...until people started taping it. So, I remain a GG! =D

Flash Mob Part 4

Ha. I accidentally typed "Flash Mob Part 44"! =D

Zdravstvuyte! No, wait, that's formal. Privet! Heartsstarssmiles here! Today, we had another flash mob, with another dance I created.

But our vice principal shut us down, because too many people were filming, which we're not allowed to do, and it was too much for her to control. Don't get me wrong—I respect my vice principal. She's awesome! And she had totally legit reasons for shutting us down.

Yesterday, she and the principal were around during the flash mob, making sure everything stayed appropriate. They even encouraged us a bit! It was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fun!

And It Is Unknown danced a bit, saying that she was horrible and that everyone would get a chance to see the worst dancer in the world. I don't agree. She's good! I'm serious! Her moves aren't like the "Harlem Shake" or "Gangnam Style,"  which are known for being kinda dorky but are still fun to dance to! Well, they're not similar at all, but they're so It Is Unknown! She moves around a lot and loves it! I don't think it matters if people are good at something or not. If they like it, they should do it!

Criticism is supposed to help you, not hurt you. Just remember that.

Flash Mob Part 3

OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!

I had the greatest day ever!

We had another flash mob today, and there was a HUGE crowd, like almost the whole school! At first, some people were playing football on our regular "stage," so we found a new one and started dancing! I kept screaming for people to join us, and many did! People kept cheering us on!

And when I went to my next class, the seven people who were there exclaimed as if I was a celebrity! Then they started talking about their reaction to the crowd. One of my friends just knew that I started it. People kept talking about it for the rest of the day!

I love school, but I can't wait for summer!

They seriously don't get any homework at all! [My Social Studies teacher did that for about a week (remember the Heian court stimulation?). It only lasted a week, but he usually doesn't give us much homework anyway.] =D

Flash Mob

Hiheyhello! Heartsstarssmiles here! Yesterday, It Is Unknown and I went to the mob—i mean, mall—and, after browsing tons of CUTE outfits, we went to the middle of the floor and started dancing! Was anyone watching? I don't know, but it was fun!

Today, at school, we decided, with our other friend, Jessi, to do a flash mob at school! Our other friend, Charles, just watched us. We screamed "5, 6, 7, 8!" then started dancing non-stop! Our other other friends cheered us on, making me do the same dance over and over and over again! I also did my "Starships" dance!

It was so fun! We're gonna do it all week! So, if you know us, and you go to our school, join us! You can be in the flash mob, too! =D
