Heyyyyyyyyy! Heartsstarssmiles here! It's winter here, but yesterday and the day before were so HOT!! I was sweating! It doesn't snow here (as you can tell), but it's not usually this warm in January, around the time for snowball fights. Must be fun! But hey, you know what my sister and I like to do a lot? We take Styrofoam or packing peanuts or anything like that, crumple it up, and say, "1...2...3...SNOW!!" as we throw it up in the air! We have so much fun together!
The beach is so fun! Yesterday, we went to Monterey. They have strong currents! Me likey! As the waters combined and engulfed my feet, they sent a thrilling chill through me! Awesome! The waves were so big! They reminded me of the Bahamas! Those waves were huge!
We went to the Dennis the Menace Park yesterday as well! My sister and I had so much fun! (In case you didn't know, she's four.) It was fun playing there! My sister and I transformed ourselves into talking monkeys. There was a long line for the slide made of rolling tubes. You know what I'm talking about! That brought back memories. In fifth grade, our grade went to Petaluma on a long overnight fieldtrip! There was a playground there with two structures: one designed for ages 2-5, and the other for ages 5-12. There was the smaller version of the rolling slides there, for 2-5 year olds. Everyone, who was either ten or eleven, wanted to ride it! Yeah, it's true. The line was long, but the ride was fast, so the wait was short.
If you ever get the chance in your life, go to Monterey! You'll be blown away (is it just an expression?)! =D
